Małgorzata Gromadzka

Secretary of State

Member of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland (10th term), representing the Lublin region.

A graduate in law from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Professionally affiliated with the Biłgoraj City Office, where she serves as an inspector for social affairs, health, and physical culture. Previously, she ran a business consultancy company specializing in acquiring funding for entrepreneurs, farmers, and non-governmental organizations.

Raised in the village of Rakówka in Biłgoraj County, she and her husband run an organic farm in Korchów Drugi, also in Biłgoraj County.

For many years, she has been socially engaged in the activities of non-governmental organizations. She served as a member of the Council for Senior Policy of the Lublin Voivodeship and as Chair of the first term of the Public Benefit Activity Council of the Lublin Voivodeship. She is currently a member of the Regional Committee for the Development of the Social Economy of the Lublin Voivodeship.

She previously held the position of Chair of the District Council of Honorary Blood Donors at the Polish Red Cross in Biłgoraj. She is currently a Vice President of a Rural Housewives’ Circle and an active volunteer.
