§1 Preliminary provisions

§7 Complaint handling
1. The User may make complaints to the PZPBM about the use the of Service, including the operation of the Service.

4. The PZPBM reserves the right to request the User to supplement the information if this is necessary to deal with the
complaint.
5. The PZPBM shall consider complaints without , but delay no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
In special cases, this deadline may be extended, but no more than 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. of the
reasons for the User will be informed and providing a response delay, the circumstances that need to be established and
the expected timeframe for considering the complaint

6. The User will be informed of the handling of the complaint by e-mail the e-mail, to address from which the complaint was
sent, unless the User has indicated another way of receiving a reply.
§8 Blocking access
1. For legitimate security, reasons including suspected unauthorised use of access to the Service, the PZPBM may block
access to all or part of the Services PZPBM.
2. The PZPBM, via e-mail, shall inform the User of the blocking of access to the Site prior to the blocking or, if this not
possible, immediately afterwards, is unless such communication would be unjustified for security reasons or prohibited by
law.
