CONFERENCE VENUE
Warsaw Presidential Hotel (formerly Marriott), is located in the very center of Warsaw, opposite the
Central Railway Station with the possibility of going underground pathway directly
from the station or from the parking lot in Zlote Tarasy Shopping Mall.

CONFERENCE RECEPTION
On 5 February 2026, participant registration will begin at 8:30 AM. The reception will be located on the 2nd floor. Registered participants will receive a personalized badge at the reception.
Please present the personalized QR code, which will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference will be conducted in Polish, English and French. Simultaneous translation will be available for participants. Attendees can collect simultaneous translation equipment at the event reception. The equipment must be returned promptly on the day the conference concludes.
HOTEL / ACCOMMODATION
The cost of accommodation is covered by the participant.
Warsaw Presidential Hotel:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and ends at 12:00 PM.
- At check-in, the hotel collects a PLN 100 deposit in the form of a credit card or cash before issuing keys.
- A special rate will be available at the hotel for reservations made by January 30, 2026.

Hampton by Hilton Warsaw City Centre, Radisson Blu Sobieski.
They are located nearby, a few minutes’ walk from the conference venue. There are several hotels within 200–400 meters, with prices starting at PLN 450 per night.

TRAIN TRAVEL
Train passengers should alight at Warszawa Centralna Station. The underground passage leads directly across from the Warsaw Presidential Hotel (formerly the Marriott).

Attendees arriving by train should disembark at Warsaw Central Station. The underground passage leads directly to the Warsaw Presidential Hotel (formerly Marriott).
