Wiktor Szmulewicz

A graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW).

He runs a family farm of no more than 80 hectares, specializing in dairy production.

Since the mid-1990s, he has been actively involved in reestablishing the agricultural self-government in Poland. Initially, as part of this effort, he was elected President of the Płock Agricultural Chamber, and later—after the administrative reform of 1999—as a delegate to the National Council of Agricultural Chambers on behalf of the Mazovian Agricultural Chamber.

Since 2003, he has served as President of the Mazovian Agricultural Chamber, and since 2005, he has held the position of President of the National Council of Agricultural Chambers.

From 2011 to 2013, he served as Vice-Chairman of the Copa Committee (Committee of Agricultural Professional Organizations), an organization representing European farmers.

As an initiator of the self-organization of agricultural producers, including dairy producers, he has been actively involved in the Milk and Dairy Products Advisory Committee.
