Since 2005, he has been associated with ABP Food Group. He began his career in the organization as a production worker at the ABP UK branch in Newry (Northern Ireland), where, between 2005 and 2014, he advanced to the position of Production Manager.
In 2014, following ABP Food Group’s new investment in Poland, he was offered a transfer to the branch in Kłosowice. Over the following years, he gained experience in various roles:
• 2014 – 2015: Distribution and Warehouse Manager
• 2015 – 2017: Logistics Manager
• 2017 – 2018: Sales Manager
• 2018 – 2022: Commercial & Operations Director
Thanks to his negotiation skills, innovative management approach, and effective optimization of transport and commercial processes, his contribution to business development was quickly recognized.
In August 2022, he was appointed General Manager of the ABP POLAND branch in Pniewy. His main responsibilities include supporting the further growth of the company, co-developing ABP POLAND’s long-term strategy, ensuring raw material supply, supporting the implementation of key projects, and maintaining the highest beef production standards.
He is currently studying Management at the Higher School of Occupational Safety Management in Katowice. In October 2024, he obtained a diploma in leadership development for senior managers from the Irish Management Institute (IMI) in Dublin.
