A graduate of the Faculty of Agriculture at the Hugo Kołłątaj Agricultural University in Krakow. He completed MBA postgraduate studies at the State College of Business and Administration.
From the beginning of his professional career, he has been associated with agriculture and food safety, which has shaped his approach to sustainability and quality in the agri-food sector. He gained experience through prestigious international internships as well as numerous industry courses and training programs. He has held key positions, including Deputy Director at the Central Inspectorate of Standardization, Chief Inspector of Agricultural and Food Quality, and Deputy Director of the Department of Breeding and Plant Protection at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
He has been a long-time member of the Scientific Council of the “Polish Good Food” Program and the founder of two Polish certification bodies, one of which he led as President of the Management Board for 11 years. He is the creator and co-author of the Food Quality Assurance System (QAFP) and the author of numerous scientific publications. His knowledge and experience have been widely recognized at both national and international conferences, as well as in his teaching roles at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences and the Łomża Academy.
