First Vice President of COGECA, Director of the Polish Chamber of Milk Office

A graduate of the Agricultural Technical School, the University of Warsaw – Faculty of Law and Administration and postgraduate studies in Knowledge Management.

Since 2002, she has been the organizer of the international dairy sector conference – currently the International Dairy Community Forum, a conference with a very high substantive level with the participation of experts from around the world, politicians and diplomats.
Initiator of the establishment (in 2008) of the Polish Chamber of Milk, which she has managed as Director of the Office since its establishment.
Since 2009, Member of the Management Committee of the Milk Promotion Fund.
In 2018-2019, she was the Chairwoman of the Social Dialogue Council in Agriculture at the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.
In 2013, she was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit by the President of the Republic of Poland for her achievements.
In 2015, she received the Honorary Badge of Merit for the Economic Development of the Republic of Poland from the Minister of Economy for her activities to promote the Polish economy.

Since 2019, she has been the first vice-president of COGECA – an organization associating European agricultural and processing cooperatives.

In 2021, the French Minister of Agriculture and Food Economy appointed Agnieszka Maliszewska Knight of the Order of Merit for Agriculture for her contribution to strengthening Polish-French relations and bilateral exchange in the field of agriculture, as the first Polish woman to be awarded this prestigious distinction.
Since 2022, a member of the expert group for the European crisis preparedness and response mechanism in the field of food security.

In private, a happy mother of a medical student.
