Adam Nowak

Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

A Polish politician and social activist, who served as President of the National Council of the Rural Youth Association (ZK ZMW) from 2018 to 2023 and as Vice President of the European Council of Young Farmers (CEJA) from 2021 to 2023. Since 2022, he has been Vice President of the Main Board of the Volunteer Firefighters Association, and in 2024, he was appointed Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

From 2021 to 2024, he was a member of the Social Council for Agricultural Advisory Services. An expert in European funds, he was a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Operational Program Knowledge, Education, Development at the Ministry of Investment and Development.

A coordinator and expert in European affairs, he was a member of the Civil Dialogue Group from 2021 to 2023, serving as an expert in the citizen dialogue groups at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Agriculture and Rural Development, focusing on international aspects of agriculture, greening policies, and direct payments.
